The hotel was perfectly located, nestled in between the town's picturesque pedestrian street and stunning natural scenery. The room was comfortable and clean, with lovely views of the surroundings. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering great service throughout our stay. We also loved the spa facilities, particularly the sauna and the jacuzzi.

The hotel lacked some of the amenities that we were expecting, such as a larger pool and more extensive spa services.

This place is in a great location, right in the town center. We loved being so close to the pedestrian zone, the aqua park, the town park, and the central bus station. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning scenic view. The staff at the reception was very friendly and our check-in process was quick and easy.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the center of town and by the main pedestrian street. It was easy to find and had good parking options. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable.

Great Christmas Experience

Had an amazing time during my Christmas stay in a hotel located in the center with easy access to parking lots. The indoor pool was relaxing, with clean facilities and a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was decent and offered a variety of satisfying choices each morning.

The walls lacked proper noise isolation. Despite the hotel staff's attempt to control noise levels, there were several loud guests who disrupted our sleep. The amenities seemed outdated, and the WiFi was unreliable during our stay.

I had an unbelievable stay at this hotel! The facilities were mind-blowing, with a jaw-dropping pool filled with mineral water that was perfect for swimming. The clean and renovated rooms had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The friendly and polite staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the check-in process took only minutes. The location was super central and easy to find, with convenient parking available. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in public areas, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and a restaurant where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners. There were even extra perks like a welcome drink, a coffee shop, and a VIP check-in/out option. The manager and night staff went above and beyond to assist us when my partner fell ill, arranging transport to the hospital and ensuring we received the necessary help. We were also impressed by the great on-site amenities, including a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, a steam room, and a treatment room for massages and body scrubs. The laundry service was convenient, and we appreciated the availability of a luggage storage and locker room. our stay was absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience!

The hotel had a nice outdoor terrace and pool area which was perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing maps of the city to help us get around. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was included in our stay.

The room we were given was quite small and outdated with uncomfortable beds and a noisy AC unit. The hotel's location was also not ideal, as it was a bit far from the city center and public transportation options were limited.
